Here's a small parer I built for a customer. He wanted a slightly larger handle than most paring knives offer, so we built a nice 4" handle into this one to give it a more comfortable feel. The scales are cocobolo with Red liners. It features CPM 154 SS. This one features an as ground finish.  Note that this is available in any combination of colors and/or woods so you aren't limited to the combo shown.
